**Program Coordination & Execution**
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer programs from prototype through mass production.
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure successful program execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet timeline, quality, and cost expectations.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and action items.
**NPI & Production Support**
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including prototype builds, sample builds, and transition to production.
- Coordinate preparation of materials and documentation required for prototype and pilot builds.
- Work with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to ensure readiness for manufacturing.
- Maintain regular communication with Sales Program Managers and internal stakeholders regarding project status.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings to review milestones, risks, and action items.
- Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Experiência y requisitos
3-5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in an electronics manufacturing, EMS, or OEM environment is preferred.

- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and document control systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing processes such as SMT, PCBA, and box build.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Exposure to ISO 13485 or medical device manufacturing standards.
- PMP or project management certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) is a plus.
