**Job Title**: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Inbound Support
**Language Requirement**: Intermediate to Advanced English
**Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent experience
About the Role
In this role, you will help customers with questions about their accounts, billing, orders, refunds, cancellations, and general support. You will also assist with retention by helping customers find the best solutions before canceling.

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with account and billing questions.
- Process refunds, cancellations, and order updates.
- Document all interactions accurately.
- Meet performance and quality goals (KPIs).
- Follow company guidelines and procedures.
- Handle a high volume of interactions daily.




What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems at once.
- Typing speed of 30-45 words per minute.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Reliable and punctual with strong attendance.
- Positive attitude and team mindset.
Schedule
Full-time availability required. Available shifts include:
- 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Days off vary and may include weekdays or weekends depending on business needs.
Pay: $4,606.00 per week
Work Location: In person
