**Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing**
We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative with advanced English skills** to support both national and international clients in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
This role is key to maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring accurate order processing, clear communication, and timely follow-up on customer requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the **primary contact for assigned customer accounts**.
- Process and follow up on **customer orders and requisitions**.
- Coordinate with internal departments including **production, planning, purchasing, warehouse, quality, logistics, and import/export**.
- Provide customers with updates on **order status, delivery schedules, shipments, and production timelines**.
- Receive and manage **customer complaints**, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Prepare reports and communicate feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement.
- Support **new customer onboarding and new product introductions**.
- Track action items and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion.




- Maintain strong relationships with customers and proactively identify opportunities for **additional orders or services**.
**Requirements**:
- **1-3 years of experience** in Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar role in **manufacturing or industrial environments**.
- **Advanced English proficiency (required)** - written and spoken.
- Strong **communication and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to manage customer concerns with **professionalism and empathy**.
- Experience coordinating with **multiple internal departments**.
- Basic knowledge of **CRM systems or customer management platforms**.
- **Intermediate Excel skills**.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration or a related field**.
