**About This Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Connect and maintain integrations between ERP (NetSuite), Shopify, 3PL, WMS, and EDI platforms
- Build and manage clean, reliable data pipelines across operational systems
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data validation
- Develop dashboards and reports for inventory, orders, wholesale, and finance
- Audit data accuracy across systems and proactively resolve discrepancies
- Improve operational workflows by eliminating manual processes
- Support wholesale/B2B data operations and EDI integrations
- Partner with Ops, Supply Chain,



and Finance leaders on data-driven decisions
- Document system architecture, workflows, and automation logic for scalability
**Software/Platforms/Tools**:
- NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
- Shopify (DTC) and Wholesale/B2B platforms
- SQL (advanced query writing)
- EDI platforms (SPS Commerce, Celigo, Orderful - plus)
- Google Sheets / Excel (advanced)
- BI and reporting tools
- 3PL/WMS systems
- Slack & Google Workspace
- Marketing analytics tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale - plus)
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)
- 3-5+ years in data, systems, or operations roles within eCommerce
- Strong hands-on NetSuite or ERP experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Proven experience building automations
- Experience supporting $20M+ revenue brands preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory, fulfillment, and wholesale data
- Experience in multi-channel environments (DTC + B2B)
- Independent, proactive, and systems-oriented
**Shift Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, with required overlap during U.S. business hours
