Job Title: Housekeeper / Groundskeeper
Position Type: Full‑time / Contract
Location: United States. A visa will be offered to selected applicant.
Job Summary:
Reliable, hardworking Housekeeper / Groundskeeper needed to keep the home clean, organized, and the exterior and landscaping well maintained. Must be comfortable with indoor cleaning tasks and outdoor yard work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces
- Do laundry: wash, dry, fold, iron, and put away linens and clothing
- Organize and declutter rooms, closets, and storage areas; maintain orderly household systems
- Maintain exterior of the house: sweep porches, clean gutters/entryways, remove debris
- Perform landscaping and yard maintenance: mow lawn, string/weed eat, trim hedges, edge beds
- Weed control, basic planting or mulching as needed, and seasonal yard tasks
- Empty and dispose of trash/recycling
- Monitor and report maintenance needs, garden pests, or safety hazards
- Maintain tools and equipment, and request/track supplies
Qualifications:




- Previous housekeeping and basic landscaping/groundskeeping experience preferred
- Ability to operate mower, weed eater, hedge trimmer, and basic power/hand tools safely
- Physically able to lift and carry ~25-50 lbs, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks outdoors
- Strong attention to detail, reliable, self‑motivated, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable with respecting household privacy
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English
Working Conditions & Schedule:
- Typical hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:00; adaptable; weekend or occasional evening work as needed
- Possible outdoor work in variable weather; seasonal schedule adjustments
- Compensation: $12 USD per hour
- Housing will be provided
