**Requirements**:
- Completed High School (Bachillerato)
- Advanced English level: ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Must live no more than 1.5 hours from the work location (on-site)
- Customer service experience (in any industry but experience working at a Call Center is **highly** **preferred**)
- Computer skills, databases, and Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
