**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ years of retention or collections experience in a call center environment
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Advanced English proficiency




- Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment
- Ability to build genuine rapport with customers; empathetic and patient approach
