**About the Role**: US-based jewelry brand seeking a sophisticated, tech-savvy **Customer Experience Specialist** to serve as the face of our digital storefront. This isn't just a support role—it’s a blend of high-touch concierge service, expert sales guidance, and back-end operational support.
We are looking for a professional who is deeply comfortable within the **Shopify ecosystem** and has a proven track record in **software help desk environments.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Video Styling**: Host video calls to show jewelry pieces, helping customers with sizing and material choices.
- **Backend Management**: Full-cycle order management, from processing to tracking and complex returns.
- **Sales Driving**: Turn simple questions into sales through expert product knowledge and persuasion.
**Requirements**:
- **English Level**:C2 (Native-level fluency)**.



You must have impeccable written and spoken grammar for luxury clientele.
- **Shopify Expertise**: Proven experience managing orders, refunds, and customer data within the **Shopify** platform.
- **Help Desk Experience**: Mastery of support software such as **Gorgias, Zendesk, or Salesforce.**:
- **Video Presence**: Comfortable and professional on camera for virtual styling consultations.
- **Environment**:A dedicated, quiet home office with a **highly reliable internet connection**. Your workspace must be distraction-free and suitable for hosting professional video consultations with clients.
