We are looking for a SDR in Monterrey, N.L.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Identify and research potential clients across multiple industries
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their business needs
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Manage pipeline and activities in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to move opportunities forward
- Requirements_
- Experience in Sales Development, B2B sales, or lead generation
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting (cold outreach)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot,



Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience selling outsourced services or contact center solutions ( a plus)
- Understanding of customer support operations and challenges
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
