Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ink Analyst to join our team at Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and optimal performance of all inks used in our manufacturing processes.
Job Responsibilities**




- Perform comprehensive quality control tests on incoming ink shipments, including color matching, viscosity, pH, density, and adhesion.
- Conduct regular in-process ink analysis to monitor performance and identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement corrective actions for ink-related quality deviations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on ink testing results and quality trends.
- Troubleshoot ink-related production problems and provide technical support.
- Manage ink inventory and ensure proper storage and handling procedures are followed.
- Stay informed about new ink technologies and industry best practices.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and qualification processes for inks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations pertaining to ink handling.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ink analysis, quality control, or formulation, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of ink properties, printing processes, and color science.
- Proficiency in using analytical instruments such as spectrophotometers, viscometers, and pH meters.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
