About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and curious Product Analyst to join our Product team. This role sits at the intersection of international trade regulations and product development, where you'll help build tools that empower freight agents to stay compliant with U.S. and Canadian customs requirements. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and compliance experts to turn complex regulations into intuitive product experiences.
What You'll Do
- Research and interpret U.S. (CBP) and Canadian (CBSA) regulations
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear product specs
- Support the product roadmap with compliance insights
- Partner with engineering and design to ensure regulatory accuracy
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess product impact
- Work directly with users to understand compliance pain points
What We're Looking For
- Degree in International Trade, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with trade compliance concepts
- Strong analytical and communication skills (English)
- Ability to simplify complex regulatory information
- High attention to details
Nice to Have
- Experience with CBP / CBSA regulations
- Knowledge of ACE / ACI systems
- Background in customs brokerage or freight forwarding
- Experience with compliance or brokerage platforms
