Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM EST

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a Remote Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 150-175 residential properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service—no direct staff management required.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for tenants and property owners, ensuring operations run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
**What You’ll Do**
- Manage day-to-day operations of your assigned property portfolio
- Communicate with tenants, owners, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate repairs and manage work orders using AppFolio
- Approve invoices and ensure timely, high-quality service completion
- Monitor tenant delinquency and stay within owner budgets
- Oversee property turnovers, including cleaning and maintenance




- Ensure compliance with local rental codes and certifications
- Handle lease renewals, move-outs, and security deposit returns
- Maintain accurate records and stay organized across multiple systems
**What We’re Looking For**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of residential maintenance issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
- Experience with AppFolio or similar software (preferred)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
