**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Provide technical support to production lines to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with installation, calibration, and commissioning of equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and process issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools
- Document technical activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Participate in root cause investigations and process improvementsCoordinate with other Emerson sites to support operations
**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Completed professional degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial or related Engineering
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge in CAD design (SolidWorks)
- Experience in CAM software (Mastercam) and CNC machining preferred
- Basic knowledge in Lean ManufacturingThis position requires a conversational, advanced English level to communicate occasionally with Corporate teams
