**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced **Quality Assurance Manager** to lead and drive quality excellence across our manufacturing operations. This strategic leadership role is responsible for ensuring product integrity, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced automotive environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of plant-wide Quality Assurance systems.
- Ensure full compliance with **IATF 16949**, **ISO 9001**, and customer-specific automotive standards.
- Direct internal, external, and customer audits while ensuring successful compliance outcomes.
- Monitor and drive performance through key quality metrics (KPIs), including defect rates, customer claims, and process capability.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action initiatives using methodologies such as **8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, and 5 Why’s**.
- Manage cross-functional quality teams to achieve operational and customer quality objectives.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving efficiency, and strengthening quality culture.
- Oversee supplier quality performance to ensure consistency and compliance across the supply chain.
- Champion employee development through quality training, policy implementation, and best practice standardization.
- Serve as the primary quality liaison for customers,



ensuring strong relationships and effective issue resolution.
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
**Experience**
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Quality within automotive or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience with quality management systems, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong background managing OEM and Tier 1 customer requirements.
