**Position Overview**
- In charge of giving support to the production area of the manufacturer. They are in charge of generating visual aids for each production department. _
**What you'll do**
- _Stablish and implement control and specifications of the processes. Support minor and major projects._
- _Investigate and resolve problems that are related to the performance of the processes._
- _Do improvements and optimization of the continuous processes._
- _Lead improvement projects with the inter functional team._
- _Generate forms of inspection of the first article for new pieces and new products,



validate the second source with the 3 Fs._
- _Develop the documentation instructions for work, visual aids, graphic fluids, VSM, Check lists._
- _Support training and technical support for new documentation and specifications._
- _Support the goals and objectives of the company for the production, costs and quality of the main items._
- _Experience on product launching._
- _Follow up on customer complaints._
- _Products 6 Sigma._
- _Creation of drawings for tolerance interpretation._
- _Time studies, MTM._
- _Develop engineer changes (ECO) to correct the material lists and inventory exactitude._
- _Identify and develop projects to eliminate the ergonomic and security problems._
- _Lead saving projects, scrap waste and increment productivity. _
**Who you are**
- _Bachelor's degree on industrial engineer, electronic, business management or related to._
- _Minimum experience of 3 years on a similar job._
- _90% Bilingual English/Spanish_
- _Practical experience on software apps, products and MS Office_
- _System management of MRP XA, SAP, Epic_
- _Statistical analysis on processes and products (Paretto, histograms, tren chart, DOE)_
- _FMEAs, statistics tools, SPC, PDCA, Methodology on 8_D's, 6 S's, A3._
