This position requires local **on-site support, in San Antonio, TX.**
**Organizational Relationships**
Reports to: Chief of Operations
Supervises: Assistant Project Managers / Subcontractors
**- Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in construction management, Business, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Driver’s License must remain current

**What You’ll Be Doing**:




- Oversee daily operations on multiple residential & commercial job sites.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews.
- Maintain strict construction schedules and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality.
- Manage budgets, materials procurement, and cost controls. Communicate clearly with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
- Prepare and deliver weekly project reports for shareholders, ensuring transparency on progress, challenges, and financial updates.
- Obtain and compare quotes from contractors and vendors to support cost-effective decision-making.
