Asegurar la satisfacción de nuestros clientes internos y externos manteniendo un alto nível de entregas o suministros de partes, mantener costos bajos a través de reducción de costos operativos, un manejo adecuado de los níveles y veracidad de inventario.
**- ¿Cuáles serán las principales actividades de esta posición?**
- Manages Weekly Customer releases/demand, to make sure they are converted into weekly plans to meet Customer demand
- Owner of the Build to schedule performance of the Plant. Defines priorities and recovery plans as needed
- Prepares Monthly Production Plans, to cover mid-term requirements visibility (6-month Plans)
- Maintains the necessary Strategic buffers, according to the required quantities from different Customers, based in the Company guidelines or contracts
- Manages customer product orders from order entry to consumption at the customer’s plant.
- Analyzes reasonableness of customer demand to determine over/under demand errors or demand in excess of quoted capacity, and takes appropriate corrective actions.
- Develops and coordinates shipping plans and recovery plans with the Plants, and monitors performance to plans
- Has complete understanding of each customers scheduling, releasing, packaging, delivery expectations, and receiving systems.
- Maintains all current records and necessary historical data accurately for all products.
- Initiates and coordinates with CSR, to execute inventory obsolescence claims to the customer.
- Manage effectivity dates for product changes with the CSR,



Engineering Change Coordinator and the Expeditor/Inventory Analyst.
- Fills/Approves freight debit notes and Premium Freight requests, associated to End items when applicable.
- Dispute debit notes, with supporting documentation to the customer.
- Works with CSR to review, analyze, challenge and report on customer monthly rating of STRATTEC in terms of delivery performance.
- Participate in customer provided trainings, product launch meetings, etc.
- Visit on site customer plant schedulers for the purpose of relationship building, problem resolution and value creation.
- Attends regularly scheduled team meetings, and participates or Leads Problem solving sessions.
- Participate in product design reviews/model change/ and new model introduction meetings
- Advise product business team of new or revised expectations by the customer.
- Serve as a Training and Support Resource for the new employees and Planners for Customer Specific Requirements, Quality Procedures, and Job related processes
- Audit Planners to ensure processes are being followed and become the Best practices implementer




- Oversee Planners when preparing Demand analysis used in presenting Premium freight and leads the business case with the CSR’s to prepare and submit Obsolescence claims
- Assign new accounts to the corresponding Planner, and assist them during the new product/account introduction to meet new Customer Requirements
- Keep periodic track of the Planners group performance metrics, and act upon negative variances
- Analyzes workload and Manages resources accordingly.
- Reviews procedures /Work Instructions periodically, to ensure they are followed or modified when necessary to adapt improved practices and simplicity
- Assist Materials Manager in completing employee Performance evaluations
- Any other job related tasks as deemed necessary by his/her Supervisor

**Conocimientos**
- AS400
- Paquete Microsoft Office
- Programación y actividades de control de producción
- Drive, SuperG, BidList, MMOG, Clips, CMS, DPP
- Experiência en juntas de Sales-operations
- Experiência en manejo de contenedores retornables
- Experiência de Coordinacion de Cambios de Ingeniería
- Conocedor del RP, MPS, MRP.
- Disponibilidad de turno
