This position is responsible for monitoring thta sound inventory control practices are maintained in the stockroom and in general in the plants. These practices include auditing processes like receiving, production reporting, inventory adjustments, materials isuing, outside proccessing, model change coordination and MRB reviews, to ensure these processes produce reliable iventory records accuracy. His / Her responsability is to provide management with data driven summarized reports thtya support effective decision making.
- Administers the daily cycle count program. Make sure a leveled work laod for each cycle counter is generated, and that planned and vigente counts reamin in balance.
- Analyze variances and look for root cause for problam solving.
- Monitors high value items for rational procurement and inventory integrity practices. prepares recommendations to resolve weak practices.
- Knowledgeable using BOM's, where use, pegging and transactions history.
- Support resources to the warehosue supervisor during the Company Physical Inventory.




- Able to prepare bussines quality reports and prepares business cases as needed to present to exernal parties ( internal and external auditors).
- Assists in the model change coordination with model change coordinator and expediting.
- Participates in problem solving sessionsa, and attend regularly scheduled team meetings.
- Maintains and follows safety and housekeeping practices to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Mentors inventory related groups for continuos improvement, and proactively participates in training activities to maintain and elevate the skills sets of the group.
- Any other activities and assignmentsrelated to the job as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
- AS400 knowledge/ JBA
- Minimu 3 years of experience in the position with MRP/ERP Systems
- Advanced / fluent excel user-preferably in mid to advanced excel level
- Completed APICS principles of inventory management
- Problem solving techniques, use of ABC and pareto analysis
- Mathematicl skills
- Ingles intermedio
