This is a **contract** opportunity for a Presales Consultant with retail software experience.
This role combines both business consulting and technical solution engineering responsibilities to support the sales process for GK’s retail software solutions, including POS, Backoffice, OMS, Loyalty, and Self-Checkout technologies.
This position works closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product Teams, and Customers throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.

**What You’ll Do**
- Prepare, customize, and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations showcasing GK retail solutions
- Build and maintain demo and lab environments to support customer presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities
- Understand customer business objectives, operational challenges, and technical requirements in order to position appropriate solutions
- Respond effectively to RFPs, RFIs, technical questionnaires, and customer inquiries
- Support prospect discovery sessions and workshops alongside Sales and Professional Services teams
- Assist in transitioning projects from Sales to Services during implementation handoff
- Support existing customers as needed to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate internally to identify opportunities for product, process, and solution improvements
- Stay current on retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions
- Travel as needed throughout Latin America and occasionally internationally to support customer engagements
**What You Bring**




- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience: _**Strong experience in the Central/Latin America retail market and POS knowledge**_. 5+ years of experience in a Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or related customer-facing technical role
- Expertise: Basic SQL and database knowledge, Understanding of XML, APIs, integrations, and related technologies, Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS environments, Experience with enterprise retail systems and processes, Basic SQL and database knowledge, Understanding of XML, APIs, integrations, and related technologies, Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS environments, Experience with enterprise retail systems and processes

Pay: $54,015.12 - $144,040.33 per month
