Protect every dollar of revenue on one of Evans' most complex accounts.
**About the Role**
At **Trilled Soluciones**, we connect exceptional talent in Mexico with high-growth companies in the United States. We've helped hundreds of professionals build meaningful careers while supporting products that power real businesses.
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to own the accessorial claim lifecycle for one of Evans Transportation's most strategic accounts. Every detention hour, layover, and excess-mile charge that gets identified, documented, and submitted on time directly protects revenue for the business — and that work runs through you.
Think of this as part investigator, part operator. You'll dig through Outlook archives, Teams channels, and TMS records to piece together complete load histories, then submit clean, fully-documented claims through the customer's portal. It's a precision role with high autonomy and direct revenue impact.
If you love structured workflows, hate leaving money on the table, and take pride in being the person who catches what others miss, this role is for you.
**About the Client**
Evans Transportation Services is a Waukesha, Wisconsin-based third-party logistics (3PL) provider with over 40 years of experience delivering end-to-end transportation management solutions across North America. As one of the country's first 100 licensed freight brokers, Evans has grown into a sophisticated, technology-driven 3PL offering Full Truckload, LTL, Parcel Optimization, Project Logistics, and cross-border Mexico services.
This role sits within Evans' Strategic Solutions Division (SSD), the team that handles their largest and most complex enterprise accounts. You'll work directly alongside a Senior Account Manager on a high-volume,
precision-driven workstream that directly protects revenue integrity for one of the firm's most important customers.
**What You'll Do**
- Proactively identify accessorial opportunities across loads — detention, layover, excess miles, and more — using multiple investigative channels.
- Monitor dedicated accessorial channels in Microsoft Teams to catch relevant load activity and team communication.
- Cross-reference load data between internal systems and external sources to build complete, defensible claim documentation.
- Conduct investigative follow-up when documentation is incomplete — chase down what's missing.
- Log into the customer's portal to submit accessorial claims accurately, with every required document attached per portal standards.
- Update Mercury Gate (TMS) load records to reflect accessorial activity and status — keeping the team's view real-time and audit-ready.
- Flag loads that need additional review or escalation by the Senior Account Manager.
- Maintain an organized log of all open, submitted, and resolved accessorial items.
- Communicate proactively with the Senior Account Manager on high-value disputes, submission blockers, or trends worth a closer look.
- Grow within the Strategic Solutions Division — this role is a strong launching pad toward account leadership and senior ops work.
**Qualifications**
- 1-3+ years in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, billing/claims, or BPO support of US freight operations.
- Strong written and verbal English (B2/C1 or higher) — required for daily customer portal work and internal communication.
- Working knowledge of a TMS platform (Mercury Gate strongly preferred; McLeod, Turvo, or similar acceptable).
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook (advanced search/archive navigation) and Microsoft Teams.
- High attention to detail — accessorial submissions require precise documentation, and errors directly affect revenue.
- Strong organizational skills — comfortable juggling a high volume of claims across multiple stages without losing track.
- Investigative mindset — you enjoy piecing together a story from scattered evidence.
- Trusted to operate independently within well-defined SOPs — accountable, thorough, and consistent.
- Reliable home-office setup: stable broadband, backup power, and a headset.
**Nice to Have**
- Hands-on experience with Mercury Gate.
- Prior accessorial, claims, billing audit, or revenue assurance experience.
- Background working with U.S.based shippers, carriers, or 3PLs.
- Experience with customer portal submissions for major shippers.
**Who You Are**
- Detail-obsessed — you spot what others miss.
- Process-oriented and a strong follower of structured workflows.
- Naturally investigative — you don't stop until you have the full picture.
- Self-directed and accountable — comfortable with autonomy.
- Calm under volume — you can hold 30 things in motion without dropping any of them.
- Energized by knowing your work directly drives revenue outcomes.
- Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a clear growth path into strategic accounts.
**Additional Details**
**Location**:Remote **Schedule**:Full-time, 40 hours per week
**Languages**:Advanced English
