Factory Manager
**Location**: Libramiento, Escobedo. N.L

**Position Overview**:
The **Factory Manager** will oversee the entire factory operation — including production, maintenance, planning, quality, logistics, and team management. This person will ensure that all manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals and standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, plan, and manage all factory operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and quality.
- Oversee staff performance, training, and development to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Engineering, Quality, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.




**Requirements**:
- **10+ years of proven management experience** in running factories or similar production/processing operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in maquiladora or high-volume manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
