To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Sr Process Engineer (Assembly, Disassembly & Packaging)**located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.**
Reporting to the **Process Engineer Manager,** We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Process Engineer to oversee and optimize our end-to-end manufacturing operations. This role is specialized in Liquid Cooling, Manifold systems, and automated production flow, acting as the primary technical lead for the design and implementation of assembly, disassembly, and packaging lines. The incumbent will be responsible for balancing production lines, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team to drive innovation. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for international clients, leveraging Lean Manufacturing methodologies to ensure robustness and high efficiency.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Mentor and manage a team of assembly engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and technical accountability.
- Lead the design, setup, and balancing of efficient assembly, disassembly, and automated packaging lines to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
- Serve as the technical liaison for international clients,



providing updates in English regarding process performance, capacity, and improvement initiatives.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing solutions to improve cycle times, safety, and equipment reliability across all production stages.
- Lead processes Oversee the integration and maintenance of automated packaging lines, ensuring seamless transition from assembly to final packing's involving liquid cooling systems and manifold assemblies.
**Experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced process management for fluid-based cooling technologies.
- Advanced English.
- Expertise in both high-precision assembly and complex disassembly/rework processes.
- Knowledge of automated conveyor systems, robotics, and integrated packaging solutions
- Extensive experience with Pneumatics, PLC troubleshooting/programming, and Torque tools calibration.
- Deep proficiency in PVA dispensing equipment (Puffin).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to rapid changes in production design.
- Demonstrated success in lean transformation and process optimization
