**Recruiter - High Volume / BPO Hiring**:

**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **end-to-end recruitment processes** for high-volume roles, primarily within BPO/operations environments.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and offer acceptance rates.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- **2-5 years of recruitment experience**, preferably in **BPO or high-volume hiring environments**.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in fast-paced settings.
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn,
job boards, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience recruiting for customer service, technical support, or operations roles.
- High adaptability and ability to work under pressure to meet hiring targets.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
