**- Position Overview**
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding distribution channels, and driving revenue growth across industrial markets.
**- Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial sectors.
- Prospect potential clients through industrial parks, trade associations, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct technical and commercial visits with customers and prospects.
- Develop distributors and strategic corporate accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities across different product lines and markets.
- Coordinate commercial strategies with technical and operational teams.
- Participate in the development and launch of new products and business lines.
- Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and competitive assessments.
- Prepare commercial proposals, sales reports, and business growth plans.




- Lead strategic negotiations and special projects.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and training programs.
- Support customer technical and commercial requirements.
- Contribute to revenue growth and profitability objectives.
**- Qualifications**
? Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Minimum **5 years of experience** in:

? Advanced English proficiency (required)
