**Buyer & Operations Specialist (Remote, LATAM)**
We're hiring on behalf of a integral B2B IT solutions company with 20+ years in the market, operating as a technology reseller and distributor serving enterprise clients across North America and internationally.
We're looking for a **Buyer & Operations Specialist** to join a small, hands-on operations team. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity — full training is provided, so we're prioritizing the right mindset and language skills over years of experience.
**What you'll do**:
- Support the purchase order lifecycle — processing, tracking, and follow-up
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on orders, renewals, and basic account management
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation across procurement systems
- Take ownership of tasks and communicate proactively with your manager
**What we're looking for**:




- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, operations, administration, or a related field
- Strong, professional English (written and spoken) — non-negotiable
- A proactive mindset: comfortable taking initiative and updating your manager after acting, rather than waiting for instructions on every step
- Based in Latin America, available full-time, 99% remote
**Nice to have (not required)**:
- Exposure to IT/technology vendors or distribution
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (NetSuite, JIRA, or similar)
**Compensation**: USD $15,000-$20,000/year, based on experience. **Type**: Full-time, remote, contractor (via EoR).
