**Qualifications**:
+5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
Technical - HCM Extracts, HDLs, OTBI & BIP reports, FFs, Rest APIs, VBCS, etc.
Functional - Core HR & Security, Compensation
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
**Hybrid role in any of our 4 locations**: Guadalajara, CDMX, Monterrey or Queretaro
**In this role you will**:
- Support Oracle Cloud HR, Security and Compensation modules
- Support interfaces & reports utilizing HCM extracts, HDLs, OTBI & BIP Reports, Fast Formulas, etc.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
- Keen attention to detail.




- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
- Support clients with the execution of test scripts.
- Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis
