**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**At Siemens, we are looking for a Production Systems Architect to design, deploy, and sustain a world-class TPM operating system that strengthens equipment reliability, OEE performance, and continuous improvement culture.**
**THE MISSION**
**This role is for a true system builder: someone who can turn equipment losses into Kaizen opportunities, establish TPM governance, develop operators through Autonomous Maintenance, and create sustainable manufacturing excellence systems.**
**What You Will Build**
**- **TPM deployment roadmap**
**- **OEE measurement and governance system**
**- **Autonomous and Planned Maintenance frameworks**




**- **Loss elimination and Kaizen routines**
**- **TPM capability-building and visual management systems**
**What We Are Looking For**
**- **Engineering degree**
**- **5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, TPM, or Operational Excellence**
**- **Proven TPM implementation experience — not just exposure**
**- **Strong command of OEE, JIPM 8 Pillars, Jishu Hozen, MTBF, MTTR, 5S, RCA**
**- **Measurable impact on operational performance**
**The key differentiator: You are a system builder.**
**You have designed roadmaps, deployed methodologies, trained teams, influenced culture, and delivered results — not simply inherited an existing TPM system.**
