- Reporting to the Facilities Engineer, Facilities Maintenance Technician role involves _working on Equipment and Facilities Installations throw the utilities of the site. Conducts analysis, inspection, evaluation, modification, and implementation of facilities installation improvements across all site. Execute facilities maintenance routines according to a Preventive Maintenance Plan and attend Corrective Maintenance Requirements supported with a Computerized Maintenance Management System in order to guarantee Facilities Equipment and Installations availability. _
**What a typical day looks like**:
- _Duties performed in this role may include, but are not limited to the following: _
- _Execute Facilities Equipment Maintenance Routines of Systems assigned. _
- _Develops and implements comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure that facilities systems operate as designed. _
- _Ensures and guarantee Facilities Equipment Systems availability. _
- _Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies. _
- _Provides technical support for internal clients along with Facilities Systems knowledge as required. _
**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- _Experience as Maintenance Technician. _
- _Experience with Hydraulic, electrical and Electromechanical Systems. _
- _Experience with Industrial building installations _
- _Experience with _Electromechanical Diagrams. Interpretation. _
- _Manual Welding Processes. _
