We are seeking a **highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst** to support our real estate investment and asset management activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain **real estate financial models** and investment analyses.
- Analyze **property performance, budgets, NOI, expenses, and returns**.
- Track and analyze **CapEx budgets and capital projects**.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
- Analyze vigente vs. budget performance and identify trends and opportunities.
- Organize and maintain financial and property-level data.
- Support acquisitions, underwriting, and investment decisions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field**.




- 2-5+ years of experience in **real estate finance, investment analysis, asset management, FP&A;, or similar**.
- Strong **Excel and financial modeling** skills.
- Solid understanding of **real estate operations, performance, and CapEx**.
- **Extremely organized**, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
