Responsibilities will include:
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing test processes, test equipment, instrumentation, controls, automation, and data acquisition.
- Strong understanding of propulsion, vehicle, component, or assembly manufacturing processes.
- Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, quality-chain requirements, MARO, launch-wall processes, and GPDP.
- Knowledge of test-system architecture, sensors, transducers, signal conditioning, PLC/HMI systems, industrial networks, databases, and traceability.
- Experience with statistical analysis, measurement-system analysis, capability studies, SPC, and structured problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, controls, software, and product drawings.
- Ability to define and manage technical requirements, interfaces, acceptance criteria, and change control.
- Strong project-management, supplier-management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering tools used for documentation, planning, simulation, data analysis, or manufacturing execution.
- Ability to work effectively with integral, multicultural, and multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of initiative, accountability, integrity, adaptability, and decision-making judgment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, M echanics, M echatronics, A utomation and C ontrol, E lectromechanics and M anufacturing systems.
- Intermediate - advanced English.
