New Balance is seeking a DTC Associate Manager for Latin America to drive strong commercial performance across 120+ retail stores and 8+ ecommerce sites.
You will partner with regional distributors to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences and meet financial targets.The role is hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) based in the Mexico City office, with travel to LATAM as needed.
3–5+ years of DTC/ecommerce experience and fluency in English/Spanish preferred.
