Quality Manager to join a global automotive company with strong presence in Mexico.
This role will be based in Querétaro and will focus on plastic injection processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Quality Department, managing a multidisciplinary team.Ensure implementation and maintenance of the IATF ***** Quality Management System.Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with customer and certification requirements.Manage APQP, PPAP, and new product launches, securing flawless execution and customer satisfaction.Act as the main customer interface for quality topics, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities and protecting company performance.Monitor and improve KPIs related to quality, scrap, and customer complaints.Candidate ProfileProven experience in automotive plastics quality management.Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and coach teams.Solid knowledge of Core Tools, APQP, PPAP, and IATF *****.Experience managing OEM and Tier 1 customers.Fluent communication in English for integral interaction.
