Mexico, Colombia | Remote | Full-timeWe're looking for a Creative & Content Strategist to help shape how our brands communicate, grow and connect with their audiences.This is not a social media manager role, and we're not looking for someone whose main responsibility is simply creating posts.We need someone who can think strategically, develop creative ideas and turn business goals into clear, compelling content and campaigns.You'll work across different companies and brands within our holding, helping us define what we should say, how we should say it, and what creative direction makes sense for each audience.What you'll doDevelop content and creative strategies across multiple brands and businesses.Translate business and marketing objectives into clear creative concepts and content strategies.Define content pillars, messaging, tone of voice and campaign concepts.Develop creative briefs and provide clear direction to designers, video creators, copywriters, creators and external partners.Identify trends, cultural insights and content opportunities that can help our brands stand out.Think beyond individual posts: build campaigns, narratives and repeatable content systems.Work closely with leadership and marketing teams to understand business priorities and turn them into creative work.Review creative output and provide thoughtful, direct feedback.Use performance data and audience insights to improve creative strategy over time.Help establish a consistent creative direction across the holding while allowing each brand to maintain its own identity.What we're looking forWe're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong creative judgment.You should have:4+ years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, brand strategy, advertising, marketing or a related field.Experience developing creative concepts and content strategies for brands.Strong understanding of social and digital content.Experience working with designers, creators,



agencies or creative teams.Excellent writing and communication skills.Strong creative judgment and the ability to explain why an idea works — or doesn't.The ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution.Experience working with multiple brands, clients or business units is highly valued.A strong understanding of audiences, positioning, storytelling and brand voice.Comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.A strong candidate might come fromA creative or advertising agencyA brand or consumer companyA DTC or e-commerce businessA startup or high-growth companyA content/creative studioAn in-house marketing teamYour background does not need to follow one specific path.
