You'll work closely with our Principals, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and clients while helping shape both the design and the build.
This role sits at the intersection of design and construction — you'll be as comfortable reviewing shop drawings and walking a job site as you are refining a drawing set.What You'll DoTranslate design objectives into buildable construction systems, maintaining quality and design control throughoutCoordinate with consultants, the construction team, and Principals to keep projects on schedule and flag issues earlyPrepare and manage construction documents, weekly client updates, and meeting minutesTrack budgets, long-lead items,
and finish material selections; review and approve submittals and shop drawingsContribute to firm-wide efforts to improve drawing quality, process, and technical consistencyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
Master's degree in Architecture preferred3+ years of architectural-related experience, typical.Must have solid conceptual and design process skills and good problem-solving abilities.Reasonable knowledge of construction standards and codes, materials, and building systems.Experience using REVIT is required.
Experience using Autocad is desirable.Experience using ADOBE-Suite is desirableAbility to communicate via hand sketching expected.Demonstrated ability to effectively create presentations and communicate concepts to clients and associates using excellent drawing skills and various software applications.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and precision and with strong attention to detail.Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined.Ability to work with integrity, trust, and commitment.Ability to perform consistent work on PC.
