This is a dynamic role with a strong focus onTalent Acquisition across Mexico , combined with hands-on exposure to broader HR processes, includingemployee and labor relations, talent management, HR systems, compliance and continuous improvement.
What you'll doLeadend-to-end recruitment processes across Mexico , partnering closely with Hiring Managers.
Source, interview and assess talent, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.
Advise leaders ontalent, performance, development and employee-related topics.
Supportlabor and union relationsat the Apodaca site.
Maintain accurate HR information and support processes throughSuccess Factors and other HR systems.
Participate in HR compliance activities and audits, includingIATF/ISO requirements.
Partner with local,



regional and general HR teams to continuously improve our processes and employee experience.
What we're looking forBachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
3-5 years of experiencein HR and/or Talent Acquisition.
Experience in amanufacturing or industrial environmentis highly valued.
Strong communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience withSuccess Factors, TRESS or similar HR systemsis a plus.
Exposure tolabor relations, union environments, IATF ***** or ISO auditsis highly desirable.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
