**Supply Chain & Operations Manager - Agroindustry - GDL**
Guadalajara - Full time - Salary: 45K - 50K MXN gross (36K - 40K MXN after taxes)

**Position Overview**
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Supply Chain & Operations Manager will play a key role in coordinating supply chain activities and managing local operations.
This position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to become a key contributor to the development of the Mexican operation.
**Main Responsibilities**
Supply Chain & Logistics
- Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate imports, exports and transportation activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management.
- Ensure accurate order management and fulfillment.
- Coordinate supply chain activities with international teams.
- Follow up on customer orders from purchase order to delivery.
Operations & Production
- Supervise a team of 3 assembly technicians.
- Coordinate production planning and workload allocation.
- Ensure delivery deadlines, quality standards and productivity targets are achieved.
- Monitor operational KPIs and propose improvement actions.
- Ensure workplace organization and safety compliance.
Purchasing
- Negotiate with local suppliers.
- Manage local purchasing activities.
- Monitor supplier performance, costs and service levels.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Process Improvement
- Ensure proper use of ERP tools and data accuracy.
- Improve operational processes and workflows.
- Develop reporting tools and performance indicators.
- Support management in operational decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Industrial Management.
- Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience managing small operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics and inventory management.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a strong plus).
- Good understanding of import/export operations and Incoterms.
- Fluent Spanish and professional English required.
- French is a plus.
