Minimum RequirementsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Literature, Education, Graphic Design (with a focus on book publishing), Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in project management.
- Experience in editorial and content production processes.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of editorial design principles.
- Knowledge of typography and editorial style standards.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, project management software, and Google Workspace.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience managing editorial or publishing projects.
- Experience within the editorial services industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Execute assigned projects on schedule, within scope, and according to established quality standards while simultaneously participating in client meetings.
- Actively manage project planning and execution activities, including:
- Developing project plans, schedules, resource allocation, team assignments, and deliverables.
- Receiving and distributing project materials internally and externally.
- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Collaborating closely with team members, clients, and Operations leadership.
- Preparing workflows and project-specific instructions and facilitating team training as required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation and status information.
- Leading project meetings, providing status updates, and preparing meeting minutes in English.
- Tracking project-related counts, metrics, and deliverables to ensure alignment with purchase orders and allocated resources.
- Assigning editorial review tasks and distributing editorial guidelines to team members, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are consistently met.
