**Job Requirements**:
- Conducting quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Assisting in the development, enhancement, and deployment of quality control and inspection plans.
- Providing technical support to resolve complex quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Training production staff on quality, inspection, and process control procedures.
**What your background should look like**:
Typically requires 4-5 years or more of related work experience.
Requires high school diploma.
Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
