**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and strategic decision support
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to support business objectives and resource allocation
- Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor business results through reporting and early-warning indicators to drive proactive decision-making
- Evaluate investments, projects, and business cases through robust financial analysis and profitability assessments
- Drive forecast accuracy improvements by ensuring data integrity and delivering value-added recommendations
- Champion process optimization, reporting automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes
**- Essential Requirements**
- Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting,



and business performance analysis within a complex organization
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and effectively partner with cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting strategic planning, investment evaluations, and performance management processes
- Fluent English communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences is a must.
**- Desirable Requirements**
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with an understanding of commercial and financial value drivers
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence, data visualization, and business intelligence tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making
