- Source skilled construction workers across Mexico.
- Build relationships with contractors, subcontractors, trade schools, industry
- associations, and other talent sources.
- Promote international career opportunities in Europe.
- Develop long-term talent pipelines.
- Work closely with our local and international recruitment team.
**What Are Looking For**
- Good knowledge of the construction industry in Mexico.
- Strong networking and sourcing abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven.




- Conversational level of English language
**Ideal Background**
Experience in construction, site management, workforce coordination, construction sales, HR
within a construction company, or any role with strong connections in the construction sector.
