**Position Details**
- **Location**: Remote (Must reside in Mexico)
- **Pay**:$8.00-$***** USD per hour** (based on experience)
- **Pay Schedule**: Weekly
- **Hiring**: Immediate
- **Contractor position**
**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to homeowners throughout the United States.
- Follow up with previous estimates and re-engage older leads.
- Conduct sales appointments completely over the phone.
- Build rapport with customers and explain roofing services.
- Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
- Maintain accurate notes and customer information in the CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly call and sales goals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
**Qualifications**
- **Must currently live in Mexico.
**:
- **Must speak and understand English fluently.
**:
- Previous **telephone sales experience is required.
**:
- Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Previous experience in **inside sales, call center sales, or phone sales** is required.
- **Roofing industry sales experience is a major plus.
**:
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.

- Reliable high-speed internet.
- Quiet home office or workspace.
- Computer and headset with a microphone.
