**Job Summary**:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an **Operations Manager**located in **Ciudad Juarez, South Site Mexico.
**
Reporting to the **Production Manager**, **Operations Manager**role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
- Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.




- Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
- Coach and mentor Operations team.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics or related
- Intermediate English
- Strong experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of SMT processes, backend and BOX.
- Experience in Power BI and Minitab.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
- Management of production plan and monitoring H by H.
- Schedule availability.
