**What You'll Do**
As a Payroll Analyst, you will help deliver payroll excellence by:
- Processing payroll accurately and on schedule while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Managing complete payroll cycles, including preparation, validation, processing, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
- Processing employee lifecycle transactions such as new hires, rehires, terminations, employee changes, and payroll adjustments.
- Managing off-cycle payments, manual payroll entries, payroll corrections, and special payroll transactions.
- Utilizing payroll and HR systems to validate employee data, time records, and payroll information.
- Monitoring payroll interfaces, file imports, and data integrity across HR, payroll, timekeeping, and financial systems.
- Preparing payroll reports and supporting payroll reconciliations and audit requirements.
- Performing payroll audits to validate calculations, deductions, taxes, and payroll accuracy.
- Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal controls.
- Partnering with HR, Finance, Treasury, and other business stakeholders to resolve payroll inquiries and improve service delivery.
- Supporting year-end payroll activities, reporting requirements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve payroll efficiency through technology and best practices.

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three to five years of payroll processing experience in a complex business environment.
- Experience working with payroll platforms such as Dayforce, SAP, UKG, ADP, or similar enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms, payroll interfaces, and integrated payroll processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, and advanced data analysis.
- Understanding of payroll regulations, internal controls, audit requirements, and payroll compliance.
- Experience working with payroll adjustments, reconciliations, and payroll reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
