WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- **Advanced English** - verbal and written
- **1+ year of call center experience**:
- **6+ months of collections experience**:
- Good computer skills




- Ability to commute to the site within 70 min **or less**
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers regarding **outstanding balances**:
- Discuss account situations and **offer appropriate payment solutions**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide **professional, empathetic, and exceptional customer service**:
- Meet established performance and quality standards
