Mondelēz International is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Start-Up Lead in Chihuahua to steer the plant start-up, commissioning and ramp‐up of a new production line.
You will drive IL6S, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, coordinate multi‐functional teams, and ensure safe, compliant, high‐performing operations from day one.The role requires engineering background, hands-on start‐up experience, and strong leadership to deliver on safety, quality, productivity and cost targets across the site.
