**Key Responsibilities**:
- Solicit and compare quotes from multiple suppliers for project materials, temp power, gear, and equipment; secure the best pricing and lead times.
- Work from PM/PE material requisitions to source items against required delivery dates and look-ahead schedules.
- Evaluate rent-vs-buy decisions for tools and specialty testing equipment and present options with pricing.
- Issue and track purchase orders against project budgets and phase codes.
- Coordinate delivery and pickup scheduling between suppliers, the warehouse, and field teams.
- Track long-lead items (e.g., switchgear, lighting controls) and proactively flag schedule risks.
- Route vendor quotes and payments to accounting for approval and keep the process moving.
**Qualifications**:
- Purchasing/procurement experience,



ideally in electrical or construction materials.
- Familiarity with electrical materials, gear, and supplier networks a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Detail-oriented with disciplined tracking and reporting habits (able to keep dashboards and POs current).
- Comfortable coordinating across project teams, warehouse, and accounting.
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Proficient with spreadsheets and purchasing/PO systems.
