**Position Overview**
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AP/AR Specialist to support daily financial operations.
This role will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while supporting overall cash flow and operational efficiency.
**Accounts Payable (AP)**:
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Manage vendor communications and resolve discrepancies




- Prepare and track payments (ACH, wire, etc.)
- Maintain organized records of all payable transactions
**Accounts Receivable (AR)**:
- Generate and send customer invoices
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues
**General Responsibilities**:
- Maintain data accuracy across financial systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, etc.)
- Support reporting and KPI tracking as needed
**Qualifications**
- 1-3+ years of experience in AP/AR or accounting roles
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or brokerage (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Experience with accounting or TMS systems (e.g., McLeod, Tailwind, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (English required)
