As a **Maintenance Intern - Spare Parts Homologation**, you will support the internal execution of the spare parts homologation project across manufacturing plants.
This role focuses on data cleanup, standardization, and visual documentation to improve spare parts management, eliminate duplication, and reduce costs previously outsourced to vendors.
**What You'll Do (Impact Areas)**
- Update spare parts information in the system by plant, including removal of duplicate and obsolete items.
- Follow up on spare parts surveys and data collected by suppliers.
- Standardize spare parts descriptions to ensure consistency and homologation.
- Collect and organize photographs to support the creation of a visual spare parts catalog.
- Maintain organized trackers and documentation related to the homologation project.

- Clean, standardized, and up-to-date spare parts database by plant.
- Reduced duplication and obsolescence in spare parts records.
- Clear visual catalog supporting identification and homologation.
- Timely follow-up and closure of supplier-related activities.
- Positive feedback from maintenance and reliability stakeholders.
**What You Bring**
**Education**
- Student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
**Experience**




- Basic exposure to maintenance systems, inventories, or technical databases (preferred).
**Technical Expertise**
- Strong Excel skills for data review and cleanup.
- Ability to work with ERP / maintenance systems (preferred).
**Skills and Competencies**
- High attention to detail and structured work approach.
- Analytical mindset and organization skills.
- Ability to follow up and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
**Languages**
- Intermediate-advanced English.
