**About the Role**
We are seeking an **HSE Engineer** to support safety, health, and environmental compliance during the manufacturing phase of critical components for an Oil & Gas project.
This is a **plant-based role**, focused on ensuring that fabrication activities meet HSE standards prior to offshore deployment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise HSE conditions within manufacturing and fabrication environments
- Ensure compliance with Mexican HSE regulations and client standards
- Identify and report unsafe acts, conditions, and near misses
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Coordinate with production, quality, and contractor teams
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records
- Promote a proactive safety culture on-site
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Environmental, or related)
- Minimum **3 years of HSE experience** in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments
- Strong knowledge of **Mexican HSE regulations (STPS, NOMs)**:




- Experience working in plant environments (fabrication, assembly, or heavy industry)
- Availability to travel occasionally within Northern Mexico and Texas
- 3 Years of Experience in Oil & Gas or energy-related projects
- Familiarity with client-driven HSE standards
- Advance Level of English

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **MXN $55,000 - $70,000 monthly (gross)**:
- Travel expenses covered when required
- Project-based contract with potential extension
