**What you'll do**
You'll own the full lifecycle of IT assets (laptops, desktops, and accessories) for one of our most important corporate clients, from receiving and imaging to delivery and recovery.
Full traceability, zero margin for error.
This is a hands-on technical role based in a warehouse setting.
You'll be configuring devices, managing tickets in ServiceNow, and communicating directly with the client's team in English.
If you've worked in IT logistics, managed services, or tech support and you're comfortable in a warehouse environment, this role is for you.
Monday to Friday, on-site in Mexico City, with real autonomy from day one.
**Key responsibilities**
- Receive, register, and store new and recovered hardware
- Image and configure laptops/desktops on Windows and macOS
- Create and manage tickets in ServiceNow
- Conduct cyclic inventory audits and physical stock control
- Coordinate shipments and retrievals with internal teams and external providers
- Document warehouse outflows and track delivery confirmations
- Wipe and prepare devices for reassignment to new users
- Communicate directly with the client's team in English (written and verbal)
**Required qualifications**
- 1+ year of experience in tech support or hardware administration
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)




- Windows ***** proficiency
- English B2 or above — written and spoken (client communication is in English)
- Available to work on-site in a warehouse, CDMX, Mon-Fri
**Nice to have**
- macOS experience
- SCCM or Active Directory knowledge
- Intermediate-advanced Excel
- Background in IT asset management, IT logistics, or managed services
**What we're looking for**
Detail-oriented, autonomous, and clear communicator.
Someone who closes their tickets, documents their work, and doesn't need daily hand-holding to get things done right.
